A good time table for JEE preparation

I've been getting numerous requests on 'what will be a good daily time table for effective preparation'.. It's a fact that every JEE aspirant makes at least 70-80 time tables in his preparation years and doesn't follow anyone of them for even a week.. I was also the same. In fact I made more than 150 full time tables (haven't followed any seriously) but have learned something from each one. So all in all I've devised an effective detailed time table for your preparation..
Remember :- If you follow this time table right from the day you read it here till the last day with 100% efficiency, you'll be definitely AIR 1. No kidding! Whenever you miss/skip a day or come down from 100% efficiency, your AIR will deteriorate equally. So keep that in mind.

I'll be categorizing this post in 2 parts,
[i] For those who are regular school going.
[ii] For those who are in dummy school (no attendance required) and droppers.

#1 : FOR REGULAR SCHOOL GOING STUDENTS..

First of all be ready to leave the lavish lifestyle and become a laborer. You'll have to work hard and people from this category are mostly toppers. So try to be one.
04:30 am - wake up and learn things, no problem solving, only learning!
06:00 am  - sleep again.
07:00 am - wake up and get ready for school.
(The above habit is very hard to adapt to.. So, it'll be better if you make it your habit as soon as possible)
Then whenever you return from school, don't even dare to study.. Come back home, take the lunch and go for a nap immediately for at least 45 minutes. I am assuming you directly have to leave for coaching after the nap.. So go for it. If you have time in between, revise the topic you'll be studying in your coaching that day. Utilize the break (if any) in your coaching to clear your doubts and not fool around. That's very important.
Return back home and don't study immediately! Take out some time to refresh your mind and do whatever refreshes your mind. 45min-1hour is okay for refreshment.. It'll be 08:00 pm by then I think.. (approx)
So, study 1.5 hours, 20 min going through and rest for problem solving.. Have dinner and after that recall EVERYTHING you studied that day and try revising previously done topics on regular basis.
On holidays, don't be lousy! Time table should be same, just make sure you don't sleep again at 06:00 am. You know, 04:30am - 09:00am effective study is equal to 12 hrs of study any other time of day. Have a 2 hr nap in the afternoon.. And keep yourself busy..

#2 : FOR NON-REGULAR/ DUMMY SCHOOL STUDENTS AND DROPPERS..

Students in this category either fail big time, ruin everything (like I did) OR succeed more than anyone could imagine. No in- between.. So, decide yourself. And read the above part of time table of school going students in holidays.. That will be your everyday routine.
04:30 - 09:00 am : Study (try not to take a break)
09:00- 10:00 am : breakfast+bathroom tasks
10:00 - 11:00 am : refresh up
11:00 am - 01:00 pm : sleep
01:00 - 02:00 pm : lunch
02:00 - 02:30 pm : refresh up
Then coaching and all.. And repeat the same as written in category #1.

And that would all be it, I think.. Just DON'T WASTE TIME and work hard. You have no idea how big your achievement will be..

For what it's worth, I have read many posts on internet pertaining to jee prep and motivation, but your writing and attitude is different - it's humble, it seems realistic and easy to relate to. The blog delivers what it promises. It has calmed me during a stressful period. Thank you!

    Giving jee in 2017.
